Svity is a filtered groundnut oil,
expelled from fresh groundnuts and filtered to be
crystal clear. It possesses a natural golden yellow
colour and a very pleasant sweet nutty odour imparting
a good flavour to the food cooked in it.
Svity is a MUFA rich oil and hence
has a high smoke point and shelf life therefore
extending the freshness of the food cooked in it.This
makes it suitable for deep-frying and safe for re-use.
